The Mid-American Conference announced today, Sept. 6, that Eastern Michigan University women's cross country junior Jordann McDermitt (Davison, Mich. - Davison) was named the MAC Runner of the Week following the opening weekend of the season. The Davison, Mich. native helped the Eagles to a first-place finish, as the Green and White swept the top four spots in a meet with Western Michigan University.
