Following one weekend of competition in early December, the Eastern Michigan University track & field team was recognized in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Preseason Event Rankings. Four different student-athletes, as well as the 4x400 relay team, earned a top-25 ranking in their respective events based on the top marks of the recent NCAA indoor track & field seasons, as well as the top marks of the current season.
