Eastern Michigan University's women's track and field team ended the first day of the 2015 Mid-American Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships with 48.75 points to lead the conference. Trailing Eastern are Akron (43.75), Kent State (31.75), Northern Illinois (25), Ball State (20), Toledo (19), Bowling Green (12), Buffalo (10), Central Michigan (8.75), Ohio (8), Western Michigan (5), and Miami (2). Additionally, the Green and White had MAC champions crowned in the 5000m, pole vault, and distance medley relay.
